She was instrumental in guiding the lights to bring ELAN International to existence and has significantly contributed to the noble vision and approach of – “Empowering and educating all Generations.” As an Image consultant and a Communications Skills Coach, she has shaped thousands of lives and transformed many to self-realization and discovery.

She is certified by British Council and Pearson, and has been a part of series of workshops on Leadership offered by the partner bodies of MIT Sloan School of Management. She has been in the field of L&D and Training and has delivered training to Multinationals and progressive business houses in India. As a Communications Skills Coach, she coaches and mentors CXO’s, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and also one of India’s most renowned spiritual leader.

Current day – she trains on Customer Service, English for Leaders, Conflict Management, Stress Management, Soft-skills, Business Communication, and Time & Productivity management.

Her students come from varied backgrounds and she considers herself to be fortunate to have trained some of the finest business leaders of the country too.
