Manoj Onkar has 24 years of very impressive experience in this domain. as an Organization Development Expert, a Strategy Consultant, A Leadership Development champion, a Master Coach and a Master Trainer.

In the field of transformational education, the name – Landmark Forum stands head and shoulders above the rest. It was Manoj who established the operations of Landmark Forum, in Gujarat where he worked as a Trainer and Seminar Leader for several years. Over 30,000 people benefitted from his expertise. He has trained, certified and coached 125 B2B trainers and coaches. In the B2C domain Manoj molded 100s of trainers and coaches. In the field of academic education too, over 200 teachers have had him as their guru.

For more than 25 years, Manoj worked ceaselessly with the then Chief Minister Shri Narendar Modi and IAS officers. He trained and coached them into rebuilding the powerful NIS Sparta operations in India.
